How do you install DT125R front brake caliber dust seal and the locking ring. Do you put the ring insade the rubber or the ring top of the rubber?

I would rather put it from outsude if i can. Its the matal tube with 2 o-rings

If someone has the cases apart can you check that could you put that part 5 in by removing one bushibg or do i need to take the engine apart?

Does anyone happen to know the colourcode of the silver coloured paint that is on engine sidecovers and on cylinder and head? Also needs to be heat resistant?

Yeah i already have carbon reeds and giannelli exhaust. I just wondered if i can get little more performance. Because its not worth it to spend lots of money on dt because the value wont increase as much and because there is better bikes for less money. I think i willl leave it as same.

Just wondering what modifications should i do for 3mb cylinderhead? Because big bore kit isn´t option, carburator is not worth it, exhaust is expensive and electrics are expensive. I know this stuff, but what cr should i run and squish cap? Also piston is 2mm larger than stock. Also is there any tuning heads for dt 125r?

I figured if im going to rebuild the engine that i just put quality parts.

I will buy connecting rod kit had bring them to local machine shop. They will put it together and balance.

Is the yamaha one the only one that lasts? Or does the cheap gasgets work?

So the crankshaft bearing missed half of the needles. Also the main bearings had slack. So the engine wasnt rebuild recently as the owner said.

The cylinder is going to shop. And price isnt that bad and prox quality has sometimes up and downs. And i suppose they are better because they are made with strong material and theyre forged. The ktm guys here use wössner pistons. And i know that i need to let the engine warm really well and also idle after ride.

Yeah the previous owner said it had engine rebuild but im guessing he meant top end because the engine bolts were so stuck and the engine was so dirty. Going to buy wössner piston and connecting rod. Good main bearings and seal.

Yeah... But it was like month after burnout. The engine has always made weird side noise. But it would really been sad if it happened during next summer. The bearing would failed. Also the needle bearing is totally worn and piston rings. Remember to clean your air filter!

But now plans for the project:

-Fix rust and paint some parts.

-Clean aluminium parts.

-Fix engine

-Replace worn parts.

-Sticker kit or wrap for plastic parts.

-Possible some tuning parts.
