Carb clean abs rebuild help

@finnerz89 I think, in this instance, the fuel change is so little that it's not really the issue here.
The issue is that putting a washer behind the choke isn't fixing the problem, and I think we're all in agreement with this.
-
@Calum agreed but the oil might still be an issue as the choke is not driven off the throttle and is supplying some fuel without the throttle ie no oil well low oil relative to fuel and it probably won't keep enough flow in the mid-range so low oil plus low fuel I would be riding with caution unless I was confident I was getting enough might not be much difference but I suppose it depends on what you use your bike for
-
@declan I'm not digging mate I would probably do the same I mean I been running mine with twisted bottom yoke from were I came off, br10 plug no br9's at the time, buckled front wheel and a few things holding together with cable ties and a few other bits and bobs just pointing out the risks of not fixing
-
@terry-tz oh ye guys remember the thread about iridium plugs well I restricted my bike for a friend never ridden before and it went around the field and the plug was foiled tried cleaning multiple times like 5 - 10, in the end, i put the br10es in iridium plugs are sh!te I tried them one last time and it let me down that's the last time I ever use one again
-
@finnerz89 there ok just no reliable at all like you probably have your bike running sweet were as mines, not that sweet running and I restricted it which made it more oily so I mean if your all done tinkering there ok but for the extra price for the not so noticeable performance gain you might as well burn your money and set off early for everything in case you need to change a plug very slightly exaggerated
-
@finnerz89 not the first time I heard this lol so i got it from www.sparkplugs.co.uk
-
that's the reason they had another chance
-
Ahh fair enough then. Every bike is different lol
