@irongamer727 Your servo is fubar anyway right? So can't see what harm it would do.

my question is wheather or not you could "rotate" the servo manually in order to adjust the pv better. The 2nd pulley is obviously a bit too far out.

Yeah isn't that how you're meant to adjust them anyway. Just use a set of spanners to adjust the locking nuts, the tension ought to pull the servo the right way. Then lock off.

I might be having a mental block, but that's how you adjust them.

@calum think he might mean litteraly turning with your finger tips but the way you mentioned is the best way

@declan I think turn it from the PV housing should suffice.

@calum yep to turn it with with your fingers would be massively overkill really

@declan naah, you guys underestimate the force required to turn that servo. Fingertips or pull HARD at the pulley

Do you think my servo settings are okay? It works beautifully and opens right. However I am not happy with the way it is adjusted. The 2nd pulley screw is as you can see much further out than the 1st. Have a look at the servo! No pleased with that either. Woud have wanted it more centred. But frankly that was the only way it would work. Seems okey?

@irongamer727 Just whip the exhaust off and have a look. It should be flush with the exhaust port. Doesn't matter where the screws are as they should be shielded with the rubber grommets.

@calum maybe i didnt express myself clearly. The pv opens and closes just as it should. My only concern is that the servo perhaps should be adjusted differently. As you can see on the picture where I have removed the servo cover, the cables are not, according to me, adjusted satisfactorily. Obviously, I have not done this before. Perhaps it's okey after all?

@irongamer727 And as I said, if it lines up with the port then happy days.
