    Finally ordered a set of off road wheels for it yesterday. Had to shell out a very unfriendly price of £700 with tyres.. Madness! But you just can't get the Freeride series wheels in used condition yet. They are a very odd combination of hubs similar to the tiny KTM 85 bikes (20mm rear spindle), laced onto normal sized rims. Only SM Pro or genuine KTM parts are available. So I went for SM Pro Platinum orange hubs and nipples, with stainless spokes and black rims. Should look nice! 👍

    @MIGHTYMA should look incredible considering the wheels cost more than my entire bike 😉

          Funnily enough Calum, you are probably more qualified to be doing my job than I am aha! Currently an apprentice software developer working mainly with web based apps. Crap money at the mo, but I just don't spend it on anything else. When I move out, I'll probably have to sell the lot.. So best make the most of it!! 😂

                        So I ordered the wheels from SMPro on eBay and paid an additional £15 for them to include and fit rim tape and rim locks, so all that was needed was for me to fit the tyres. The wheels and tyres arrived today..

And your skills are improving dude, keep it up. But I feel that your going about it all wrong and seriously think that you should give this a try;

                                  My girlfriends face drops every time I mention the bike, she's hated them even more since I broke my femur on my MZ a few years back, don't think I'll ever persuade her into them but I'll keep trying 😂

                                    @MIGHTYMAN FYI dude - There's normally an option to have the rims predrilled. Looking damn sweet tho and this will be you pretty soon I'm sure, buzzing around the woods;

                                    @CYBER-NINJA SMPro on eBay said they would only SUPPLY the rim locks for some stupid reason. Another reason why I was annoyed about the bits being delivered late.

                                        @CYBER-NINJA They squeeze the tyre beads against the rim. The idea being that it prevents the tyre from slipping on the rim from hard acceleration. If the tyre slips, it will likely take the inner tube with it and therefore rip the valve out of place, leaving you with a very flat tyre! I don't think I have seen a motocross bike without them installed. Although you only really need one on the rear wheel, I opted to stick one on the front as well for things like stoppies. Some people go as far as to have more than one on the rear, but I didn't feel it was really necessary. It's one of those things that is worth having, JUST IN CASE! 😁
