    Just finished one of the bike jobs for the day and thought I'de check the condition of the spark plug. Seemed mostly okay but not sure what to make of the tiny lumps of what feels like exhaust spooge on it?

          That's on my TDR. Was using putoline 2 stroke oil for a while but currently have a full bottle of halfords cheapy stuff in there.

                Could this seriously be the cause?! In my mx bikes I have chucked any old crap in and they seem to love it 😂

                Is it just not combusting fully?

                    You can never under estimate the value of using good quality oil in an engine. Oil is like blood, the richer the better!!! 😉

                      @Mightyman Yeah but on your MX bike you are presumably thrashing the tits off it. And MX bikes as standard run quite lean.
