Hi all, Iv got a 55 plate dtre and was looking for a sump guard/ bash plate and can't find one anywhere. Also frame protection for down by the foot pegs. Anyone know where I can get one from?

Actually surprised I didn't take any photos.

It's just a piece of curved steel that goes through some of the mounting whole.

Can just barely see it at the bottom of this picture in the video

I believe Yamaha did a factory one that wen through these holes, but it was plastice so I didn't fancy it,

I made one myself aswell, used some diamondplate and an angle grinder, drilled some holes and installed it with big ass zipties. Used old innertube between the frame and the skidplate. This is the only picture I can find. Will take a better one and post it.

Thanks for all the help, I'll just knock one up out on the checker plate I have. I also have a dep on mine so sounds like a factory one wouldn't fit any cheers again 👍🏻

Hi all I finally got round to making my bash plate. Was a little awkward with the Dep on cuz it's quite tight but I think it turned out pretty good. I used an offcut of really high quality pong liner as a gasket between the frame and plate. I'll get a pic of it on the bike later when I fit it. Just waiting for the glue to dry on the liner. Cheers for your help guys 3_1503126568650_IMG_3150.JPG 2_1503126568650_IMG_3149.JPG 1_1503126568650_IMG_3148.JPG 0_1503126568647_IMG_3147.JPG

Pond liner haha. It's really good strong rubber so it doesn't rub/rattle on the frame

                                Thanks
