Yo! Having problem staying upright on the backwheel. Falling from side to side. (Usually have to cancel the attempt) is it worth letting some air out on the back wheel or just practice balance? The dt125x wheels are not that wide 😕

I also found I was pulling too hard on the bars once I was up. It would seriously off balance the bike, hard habbit to get out of.

Also, you will be much more skilled if you can learn with a normal amount of air in back wheel. Less air is definitely easier to balance but it's almost like having to re-learn everything once you refill tyres.

I didn't feel like I needed to pull the handle bars for my DT to come up.

I can't hold it mind, a few little blips and then she's down again.

Too much damage on my Ally wheels and forks for my liking!!

My WR 200 alloy wheels are holding up awesome with wheelies, alot thicker spokes by the looks of it? wouldnt worry though if im honest, look at some videos of DTs on youtube, youll find you're babying it compared to querly etc 😆

@glynn123 spoked wheelsvare much stronger than solid wheels. Call me paranoid.

Another question that popped up. Does the dt200 engine fit in the dt125 frame?

@irongamer727 I have just fitted a dt200wr 3xp engine in mine it's a direct bolt up apart from needing 3.5mm spacing washer either side of the front mount As the front of the engine where it sits into the frame is 7 mm narrower than the original dt125r engine
