@bananper you obviously have to mix some water into the coolant. Doubt concentrated coolant will cool very good.

My Dt is overheating, i just changed the head bearing, and filled up the radiator with concentrated coolant.. without mixing water in it, could this be the reason?

@bananper yes of course mix the coolant properly your will end up damaging things if you don’t follow the instructions and when you have done a 50/50 mix of water and coolant bleed the radiator

Top up the coolant and let the bike idle with cap off. Be patient, after a couple of minutes it will start to bubble. Then, a couple of minutes later, rev it slightly and watch more bubbles escape. I did this for a good 20 minutes. Note that there will be bubbles left, but once you get most out there should be no cooling problem.
