Dt125RE overheating

My Dt is overheating, i just changed the head bearing, and filled up the radiator with concentrated coolant.. without mixing water in it, could this be the reason?

Did you bleed the cooling system?

Where did you buy your head gasket. Only Genuine or Athena head gaskets can be used on these engines

No, just refilled. How can i bleed the system?

I think it's a Athena gasket, black one.

@bananper you obviously have to mix some water into the coolant. Doubt concentrated coolant will cool very good.

@bananper yes of course mix the coolant properly your will end up damaging things if you don’t follow the instructions and when you have done a 50/50 mix of water and coolant bleed the radiator

Now it's 50/50 mix, runs very well and cools good. But are there some bleeding screw or something to get rid of air? If so where do i find it?:)

Nah just run the bike with the coolant cap off for a few moments. Give the bike some revs (the coolant impellor is fed off the crankshaft).

Top up the coolant and let the bike idle with cap off. Be patient, after a couple of minutes it will start to bubble. Then, a couple of minutes later, rev it slightly and watch more bubbles escape. I did this for a good 20 minutes. Note that there will be bubbles left, but once you get most out there should be no cooling problem.
