        @finnerz89 That's some beady eyes you have on you.

        Without that, the spring won't torque down properly.

        I can't say what real world difference that will actually make, but it might be enough to cause a problem.

          @bananper If that engines been split, then they either haven't timed the engine correctly, or the clutch hasn't been assembled properly.

          Either way easy job to fix, engine in the frame jobby.

          @calum i am starting to suspect the balancing shaft more and more... how do i go on to check it, and time it properly?

            @bananper Whip the clutch cover off, whip the clutch basket off.

            Rotate the crank shafter around. The two dots on the primary shaft cog and the balancer shaft cog should meet. If they don't then the timing is out.

            It does destroy bearings, but you should get away with just sorting it.

            If it's not that, then it's either a rough engine, clutch imbalance or lose/worn engine mounts.

              @calum alright, so if it's not alligned, do i need to split the case? Sorry i'm really inexperienced with these type of engines😂

                        @bananper please try tightening your engine mounts my mate had a cr85 the engine was solid but it was actually loose

                          @calum have you looked at the video i linked above? Do you think it's to loose? Could the bearing be the problem
