    Hi everyone i have acquired another set of dtr v force reeds obviously they are made for somthing else but they seem like a direct perfect fit although they are slightly shorter in to the crankcase ( will post pics in a bit ) but othewise are identical anyone had any experience with them on a dt ?

    The hills are alive with the sound of ... braaaap baaaaap ๐Ÿ˜

      Here is the comparisons between the 2 im unsure as to the reeds being shorter that it wouldn't direct the fuel air mix as well as the standard ones .... although it would let more air fuel mix through as there are more reeds and a bigger flow http://imgur.com/gallery/8feJhqK any thoughts.         Think they are shorter because there are x4 sets of petals not x2 as stock

            Think it was meant for a Dtr. Just google vforce reeds. Theyโ€™re an aftermarket manufacturer I think...

              I have searched for V force reeds for the dt125r but I'm unable to find any, which is why I assumed these were for a different bike.

                Looking at the pictures again, you can see the V Force block has been modified, so I doubt these V Force block is originally for a DTR125.

                    @markus-w cr ones aren't really big enough the blaster 200 reeds are a better fit

                      @declan pretty sure you can use some intended for yamaha blaster 250 /200 someone did it on here

                        @dan28 yeah I did it as I said the blaster 200 are a better fit the cr 125 ones are a little too small but you can make them work
