    the engine on my dt125r is running fine until i put it in gear and its as if the side stand down but its not so i disconnected it and the same problem still happens. any advice

    DT200WR 1997 - New Project
    DTR 125 1997 - The Bike That Got Stolen
    DTR 125 2002 - Project
    DT 125 LC 1986 - Old Bike

        its electrical it stops sparking when put into gear

            You can't just disconnect the side stand switch, you have to instead finish off the circuit by joining the wires if I'm right? @Calum @Darty

                Yeah it's a normally open circuit and you have to close the circuit for it to work.
