Brake light not working
-
I've wired a new tail light up and just installed a new rear brake light switch and it doesn't get brighter at all when the switch is activated is it possible I've wired the tail light up wrong?
@declan If it's an LED light then you will have some problems. LED's don't work with the standard set-up, I stuck with regular bulbs in the end as I could not suss it all out. There is a thread with someone finding a solution to this problem on here somewhere???

I run surface mounted diodes for my rear light no problems.
There is no circuitry involved with the rear lights, it's simply a switch hooked up to the 12v rail on the bike. So test for conitunity between these two lines and you should be able to figure it out.
