    Yeah I too have this way to beat it is to shift into first before you come to a dead stop and my brand new bikes have also done this so I don't think it's a problem

      It's not a problem, just a side effect of constant mesh gearboxes.
      My triumph does it

        Cheers guys just a bit worried as it never use to do it and once I let go of the clutch and pull it back in it goes in gear no problem

          I'd check the adjustment of the clutch lever just to be sure, but I think you'll be fine
          Have you tried blipping the throttle when going down the box? Might make it a bit smoother

              @declan only buy OEM clutch cables. Aftefmarket ones are useless.

                @calum thanks for that matey just brought one it's the same as the other one it looks as if the lever I brought cut through the cable due to a bad design

                  i think my clutch needs adjusted ive really gotta pull the lever all the way in to engage the clutch and put it into 1st etc etc ....probably just an adjustment

                        @dragony2k there's your problem get some slack on the cable that will give you a bigger bite point

                          @declan you say tight as a good thing? It really isn't you will be burning your clutch up
