Old news,
Eyeing up bits of the 125R Athena Top end kit and a PDF which I had forgotten. Athena have lovingly provided a bit of information as to what their product delivers. TZR data? Hard to believe I could make that.
Sorting out my 4DL-1 top end, all fresh I'm not expecting more than 22/23hp at the sprocket,
Current map on the Ignitech though is giving me at least a 2hp gain over standard,
Will have to see

You also could have got one of these around that time.
They're fairly uncommon as well, have one in my garage in pretty poor condition.

yeah, they're road legal and Restricted but theres also a 200cc version. Pretty much Suzuki's competitor for the DT i think, doesn't seem like it sold too well though.

@LJK_hunter The TS125R isn't that great of trail bike compared to a DTR,
Seems the UK market didn't buy them, pretty cool you've got one
Definitely hold on to it man

I have a ts125 myself the one I have is quite rare it's an air cooled version basically an updated version of the ts125er that was never released in the UK I think there's only a handful here if your lucky.
I quite like the TS125 the one I have is pretty quick and great fun but it rarely gets used thanks to the DTRs ... Super reliable bike though.

@Biker_123 ah yes man, little tank! What's it like to ride?
-
@Darty Haha yeah it's pretty fun to be honest! quite nippy off the mark for an older air cooled bike " not a patch on the DTR mind you " it handles really well on the trails suspension is good but the bikes quite low down so depends on your riding preference how you'd get on with it! Brakes are crap though drum front and back literally just tap the rear brake and it'll either lock the back wheel up completely or it'll not stop in time it's unpredictable and makes for a few mini heart attacks! I keep it mainly to look at now only been out on it a few times this year but the other half was using it recently to get to work and back but she was pretty scared of it out on the roads so it sits unused.. I'll say one thing though the engine seems bullet proof it'll start first time even after months of being untouched which is more than can be said about other Suzuki bikes I've owned in the past.

1993' sees new Graphics and more of that questionable 90s flair, with which I am very into.
Banging.
Proof, Yamaha can make a serious 125cc 2stroke package....
..The TZ125 from 1996'. A good looking design for this year, the top end of 125cc 2stroke racing engines.
70Kg's, you could pick it up and put it in your pocket.
Rotax were also in the mix, Not quite on par with the power unit of the Honda RS125, but a very close match.
Just want to put some lights on it!
