1988 rebuild update

@oldman Iām quickly realising this with my Snow White seat it gets dirty just siting in the shed over night
-
@declan That's because you've been a naughty lil boy and Santa's elves are punishing you!!! :mrs_claus:

Finally found the last piece I needed, disc guard extension/caliper protector. Had to buy a job lot of bits to get it but selling parts I don't need, some surprisingly decent white early side panels came with it as well. Also found another 88 in crates, when I finish 89 bike it's got my name on it, that will definitely (probably!) Be the last one...........

Such a lovely bike now. Done a sterlin job. I'm sure @scrimsmustang would give it his seal of approval.

Out of the blue received notification csml had new scoops in raspberry red, snapped them up, just the one pair, chuffed! Bike has been sidelined recently while building the 89, intend to use fully when the weather starts to improve.

Ā£70 odd quid exc postage, which is expensive from csml, just over Ā£100 inc vat. And they use UPS who in my experience would have trouble sealing an envelope let alone delivering anything. I think I must be on a blacklist with them, had more failed deliveries via UPS than all the others put together and they don't give a f*** when you phone customer services in the UK, rant over
-
The more I think about it the more annoyed I get, seems a deliberate attempt to mislead, suspect csml were equally unaware (I hope so anyway)
