It looks superb. Get some photos up of it on the bike. It's a shame the fitment isn't on, but the guy makes them by hand so I guess it only takes a few miscalculations for it to not align properly. Mine fitted fine on my bike, but it was much more versatile with it being underslung.
-
The one on the 89 bike did not line up correctly either, had to adjust rear bracket on expansion pipe to obtain correct alignment, otherwise silencer disappeared under rear mudguard and connection to cylinder twisted
@oldman ye mine was trying to disappear under the rear fender but it's on snug, for now, il redo the brackets myself when I'm ready to start rebuilding her I have access to a welder so no problems @Calum ye il get some pics up bike still looking rough well is rough lol il take pics of the brackets too

rebuilt the carb last night still not rebuilt to perfection far from it some screws were f!cked I replaced what I could il need to get some new ones ideally but the screws I put back on are good there was no gasket for the front of the carb and mine is knackered its sitting ok though ill replace when I do it fully with new screws etc the rebuild kit came with a different needle to the original I eyed them up and the highest setting was equal to the second from bottom that mine was on taper was different to couldn't see the main jet size I had 210 and 225 I put 210 in its now fitted and seems to be running fine might be a bit lean but its reving cleanly all the way through so it seems anyway gonna take it for a run later and see what the plug tells me and if my problem at high revs has been solved

any suggestions I'm still having problems with what I thought was full throttle when I'm in 5 gear it bogs seems to be any throttle now before I cleaned the carb it was funny in all gears and 3/4 plus throttle I no there very different symptoms but I'm very sure its the same problem
-
@terry-tz you'll want atleast a 230-240 main with Romeu pipe mate, I run a 250, but have snorkel removed from airbox.
-
@declan yeah mate, usually they like a 240 on a full system, I know mine was definetely way lean when it had a 210
-
@glynn123 Funny, my DEP was sound on 210 main. It was actually when I fitted a Wøssner Piston did I find jetting an issue, think I needed 280 main in the end to get the jetting sorted. It should be done a bike per bike basis ideally.

@terry-tz I can't say I noticed a change when I upjetted it, it was purely to get it to not bog out.
Bit difference with a DEP pipe though.
