@calum What size sprockets are you running, as that rear one looks kinda small???

@ninja It's 415 Pitch which is why it look small. And I think it's 38 on the rear, 14 on the front.

I'll sort the sprockets out when I actually start using the bike. That may be some time...

Bled the brakes today, after much faff! Luckily I have bought three rear master cylinders cause the first one I was using is blocked and will not bleed.

Annoyingly, despite having been rebuilt, the front forks seem to be weeping oil 😞 I think the bike was stolen that I got the forks off. Having already replaced the oil seals and dust seals to still be weeping suggests to me that the stanchion is damaged (bent). It looks like only one is doing it. And they don't sound particularly healthy with the front brake locked on either. So that's frustrating.

I don't have a decent camera to take photos with, a friend was around earlier and snapped it with is Samsung Note and it does the bike so much more justice than the rubbish I've been taking....

      Or I think so anyway.

A gorgeous TYGA Pipe Stainless Steel with Carbon end can. These guys made all my carbon fibre parts plus my rearsets. So I very much rate them!

And because you were all complaining about my anemic bike, I've wheeled her outside for some photos.

And before anyone complains, yes, the photos have been touched up a little to make them look a little better. My camera is so poo it just doesn't do the bike any justice. So contrast and brightness have been notched and the saturation up'd slightly. But for comparison, here is a photo of the bike without any filters on.

                  alt text

The rest of the photos have been touched up to remove the block of wood and any imperfections.

My camera then overheated and died lol. Luckily it came back to life so I could retrieve the images. Not going to lie, even just the push from the garage to the garden had me sweating like crazy #SoUnfit!

Some more bits have literally just arrived, but I will probably get to them tomorrow.

Started work on the Hydraulic clutch as well now. Got the photos of that on my W810i Sony Walkman phone...you can tell where all my money has gone. I don't know how well the photos will come out on that. Hopefully be decent enough for people to follow. It's coming together nicely. Finished off the machining to the adapter plate last night. Just need to modify the clutch cover to take the slave cylinder. @NINJA watch this space for how to do it. I will put up a tutorial. The way the other guy done it wouldn't have lasted.

Cheers lads, yeah it's not far off now. Just want a few bits painted and I'll continue fitting the bits that arrived last night today.

@stinkwheeler Yeah it's Gilardoni 140 kit. It's basically a revised Gilardoni 122 barrel, with a matched VHM head. PJME rework the head to suit the barrel.

Zeeltronic Ignition System arrived Friday evening.

I had the tail light fitted upside down DOH!

But now all the wiring to the rear end is done. I think that's the bike pretty much down. Rear is all bolted in place. Just awaiting powervalve housing to come into stock and then a new clutch. So close now.
