DT200WR restoration project pic heavy

Hi guys, as I finished my dt125r/3xp project. I couldn't resist my next project as I've always wanted a 200wr. I've got plans already for this and lots off goodies on order... Again I'm going for a mix of old school/OEM look with my own twist on it.
Being a 90s Yamaha it will be have a 90s whacky colour frame similar to the 90s yzs purple.

She's home now. Better condition than I expected.
Runs sweet and it's all there.

Came with a spare set of wheels which I think are off a early 19s yz
Also came with brand new ebc front disc and pads.
Heavy duty ebc clutch installed and a spare set of plates, new fork seals (not needed)

Where did you get her from?
Did you not inspect the bike before buying her?
Looks pretty good overall, some work needed but no used bike is without their faults these days. :thumbs_up_light_skin_tone:

@NINJA thanks, from Andover about 40miles away.. no they delivered it. With any vehicle sold on eBay, you can reject it if not as described.. in this case it was a lot better condition than I was hoping. Very original underneath...no butchered wiring either, tank it excellent condition.
Even both sets of wheels are mint. Just need cleaning. -

Here's some pics of the strip down today.
All bolts came out nicely without drilling any.There are the before the deep cleaning process pics.

Dropped the parts at the powdercoaters, swing arm and little bits and pieces are being done in an OEM silver. The frame is being done in 4006 purple... 93 yz style

The exhaust expansion is being sand blasted to have vht paint and the silencer will be Powder coated.

I'm taking the fairings to a specialist for some magic.... You'll see

Thanks. Took about 5 hrs with some cleaning in the process.. always careful to not round any bolts
me? Not much. (lying) well done, looks good, have picked up another bike as well but too much to do and filled up new shed/ workshop already. Need to sell dt250 1976 , never floated my boat tbh, or build another shed
