Why doesn't my DT125 get a spark?

You can buy chinese remade DT carbs, a few people have them on their bikes. A lot probably don't even realise they have a fake carb. -

@claws The Keihin carb is probably also fake. Most carb's are fake on eBay etc. If you order one directly from Yamaha, then it's most probably OEM, but will be double the price of the fake.

oh yea i found the issue. one wire had broken and after i fixed it, my stator blew the same night i got the bike working

1999 YZ250 with a 1999 DTR VIN -

Inner rotor kits aren't that great for road going machines.
You won't be able to run lights, charge the battery etc.
Great for racing machines. But then you'd want a lighter chassis etc.
@Calum yea i know the disadvantages but its actually going to be cheaper to get an inner rotor kit than to get a brand new stator and i don't know if i would trust ebay

@claws Well I have sold loads of stuff on eBay. So you're implying I sell dodgy gear.
There are genuine sellers on eBay.
That being said, I have bought some right nails before. But price was right.
@Calum oh yea and the thing is that there arent any correct stators for sale there. only 2003 or older when i need a 2004 or newer stator
