1988' Japanese market promotional material. Japanese aesthetic has a way of producing great graphic design. I'd like to say this is a fairly rare find even coming from Japan.

88-92' or so, the DT125R is advertised with a DT200R headlight and Alloy wheels for the JDM market.
These have to be the best illustrations I've seen out of the promo so far.
The DT200R always had a Yamaha Mikuni TM28ss, was always in the pipeline for the 125R.
I can believe that the intended output for a DT125R is 22ps, which is about 21hp.

@Calum I found a couple of those bolt on mudskirts in Japan, just need a standard DTR to bolt it too

KTM in from the mid 80's were pretty werid and poor quality. Some of the best looking MX bikes of all time I think. And in 1985, KTM's were coming out with (White Power) WP nowadays,.. USD forks and front AND rear discs.
For the late 1980s KTM's were pretty tech, but not very good by most accounts.
Just a cool and very forward thinking piece of engineering from 1989, I thought I would share MXA's Write up, the only Magazine to get to test it, for the KTM 125MX AMP Prototype.

He must know those roads very well and I bet he's caned em loadsa times for-sure? Sweet looking RS125 he's putting through its paces, it sure looks and sounds like a race bike???
