@declan is it close to the other conector? I think thats side stand switch remains lol. I think
@zrako yes same place and my switch is cut at the stand not by me though so shall I disconnect it or leave it connected
That's right about the immobiliser, that span me out the first timeI saw it.
@declan I was same , but mine was cut on 2 places -just after connector and 5mm after switch Im removed the switch before powdercoating.
My bikes both early, don't think they had the luxury of an immobiliser, what year did that start?
@oldman Oh no mine doesn't have one, it just has a connector for one to go.
@calum so its an immobiliser think I butchered that spelling, if it stops the bike from being started then that’s pretty cool obviously I know you would have to buy one
@declan Probably just unplug it and the bike can be started as normal. Probably why you don't see DT's with the, as they are probably shocking.
Just grab the Cyclone alarm system for the DT. That's what I use.
@calum are those alarms any good and is it the one that only has 2 wires that connect to the battery
@vtrn_raptor I think mine was £20 and it is £20 worth of deterrent. Ifbthat helps.
