So let’s say the pv is open at 8k if some how the pv closes a little would it actually drop the revs of the bike I’m not talking power just the revs

No, that's more of a fueling issue.

You will feel the bike just stop making power, it'll stop pulling, but the revs won't drop.

@Calum do you know why a bike would not redline in neutral but would hit the limiter just fine in gear it’s only bothers me if I practice clutch ups or panic revs if I get pulled out on, also it will redline in neutral before it’s ridden not cold if I let it warm up to it’s hottest point they rev it it will redline but if I ride it for a bit and it’s at the exact temp it won’t redline again

Sounds a tad rich, when fully warm, the bike requires less gas than when its "cold"

An exaggerated example is the choke system needed for cold starts.

How do you kow "exact" temp? Is that based on the water temperature, cause thats not stable througout the entire system, becuse of the thermostat.

                @jens-eskildsen That's wrong.

A choke restricts the air, raising the fuel air mixture. Like if you choke a person, you're restricting the air. It's different from smothering them though...ask my ex 😞

"A choke valve is sometimes installed in the carburetor of internal combustion engines. Its purpose is to restrict the flow of air, thereby enriching the fuel-air mixture while starting the engine. Depending on engine design and application, the valve can be activated manually by the operator of the engine (via a lever or pull handle) or automatically by a temperature-sensitive mechanism called an autochoke."

Taken from our reliable friends Wikipedia
                https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Choke_valve

Norwp, what I wrote is pretty correct

Can we please agree that the fuel to air ratio is lower with the choke opened? You cant make a could engine start at stoich, as you dont get a "clean" burn. Weather this is acomplished by restricting air, or fuel is added is not important in this case, you still accomplish the same thing, LOWER air/fuel ratio. And I didnt even mention it to avoid confusing the bloke. Its different from bike to bike which way the choke works.

You seem to be confused about the ratio, Its and Air/fuel mixture, not fuel air mixture. Yout got it backwards.
Raising this mixture is making it leaner, as the majority of the parts are air. So if you raise that part, you make it leaner. Google it if you want. Just edit your post when youre done, so youre not confusing others.

To clairy, I didnt in anyway explain how the choke works, so I dont know why you quote Wiki on that.

I just commented that a cold bike needs more fuel to run effecient, compared to a warm one. This is because the fuel doenst atomize perfectly when cold. Again, weather this is done by restricitng air, or adding fuel doesnt matter, the result is the same. And I didnt write anything about which way our choke works..

@jens-eskildsen Yeah you're spot on bud. It's where you said needs less gas. The Americans use that word to indicate fuel.

I think the bike is running rich on the top end.

@irongamer727 Fck sake, you're not the first to say that.

I do apologise, it's always hard to get the tone across in text. I'm being sincere, believe it or not.

I don't have all the answers, I think discussion is a great way to get to the answers. That's all.

Have a look at this. Bike is missing power at WOT. There's also a substantial amount of oil here. Seems to have leaked past the o rings.
