@Louis-James OK Thanks, I ordered some from that dude before for my DTR, but the sheets were a bit on the small side. Good quality heat shield tho - nice and thick, I'll need some for my MX 125. 😉

Well this was annoying.. normally wemoto is good but they sent the wrong brake lines... Says on the box dt200wr 3xp.

Will not fit. Even if routed differently.
Thinking about 1990-96 yz250 lines now

        New horn
        New yz250 rear brake line
New yz250 neon pink disc guard (matched shock spring)
And the FMF fatty. Can't believe how much thicker the metal is to the DEP.

Just the final bits and pieces need doing. Still waiting for the indicators and custom front brake hose.

Does anyone know how many of these were made.. and different parts of the world quantities.

                  All UK ones are imports.

Does anyone know why they were only produced for 3/4years

@Louis-James As far as I know the idea of the DT200WR was to build a trail bike that could compete and win in enduro races. Though obviously that brings the question as to why go halfway... also they were being made at the time when 2-stroke emissions were starting to be criticised and overall the appeal of 2-strokes was dying down considerably. Luckily in recent years it has picked up again. But I think back in the 90s there weren't many people who actually wanted to put the money in said bike.

@Minia that's a bit like what happened with turbo cars around the same time.. phased them out and whacked the insurance up... And now most cars have a turbo these days

So today I did a test start to check all lights work.
Speedo and all lights on the new clocks work.
                              When I try the indicators....
the rear indicator stays on solid and the front does not light up , the clocks light stays on solid also...
This happens on both left and right hand side.
I think this is exactly what happened when my dtr relay went... Any thoughts? Hard to source the correct relay.

@Louis-James Does the clock light disappear when you put it in gear?

I presume that you've checked all the wires, grounds, connectors, fuses etc. to ensure that there's nothing shorting out? No LED's all lights are regular bulbs???

@Louis-James Double check the wiring to make sure you haven't connected up the wrong sides. Sounds like a relay issue to me, I've had that a few times before.

All the looming was Mint and I cleaned all connections. The neutral light goes off when in gear... I'm pretty sure it's the regulator issue I had on my dtr
