DT200WR restoration project pic heavy

So the oil pump was not flowing. Took it off and the outlet was block. Removed the hose tail and I drilled the smaller bore. Oil now flows through.
Without taking the pump alart again I am unsure if I have drilled too deep and the oil is bypass internally. By blowing through it and operating the throttle.. it doesn't seem to flow more or less on throttle position. Does there need to be drive to the pump and is it a variable gear inside is what changes the flow?
So going to have to inspect.
Or compare to another.Also bike cuts out when put into gear with stand up or down.. I think it's a faulty sidestand switch
A few little things to sortAnyway.. a few pics

Bike looks superb. Done an excellent job there. Definitely will be on that infamous hall of fame...
Yeah side stand switch is common on all bikes. Should be relatively simple to figure out.
Hopefully it's the switch and not the CDI.
Yeah pumps can be weird to diagnose, better run premix whilst you're figuring it all out!

@Calum thanks a lot man.
It didn't have a side stand switch before.
It was looped (wiring present) but I bought a universal switch. I'll do a circuit test on it.Yes I'm running premix arm. Engine is sweet!
No leaks! -

Have you ridden her yet???
@NINJA thank you
I rode it before I stripped it down.... rapid!
I've just got a few little things to sort out before taking it for a proper spin -

@Louis-James She sounds just like a proper 2 stroke should!!! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
@NINJA cheers
Can anyone help find me an original wr200 or dt200wr luggage rack.
I can't find it on the diagrams but many of them seem to have them from factory.
Part number?
Maybe only certain countries had them.

@Louis-James Is that the original one which came with the bike? If so why not just get it re-powder coated???
@NINJA it's not mine.. just a picture I found online

Here's the spare set of wheels and tyres that came with the bike.
Top brand tyres to be fair.
The rear wheel is a straight swap (3bn hub with 2.15 alloy rim)
However the front wheel has a different hub... Like the late 90s yz.
If the brake discs faces offset is correct then I could turn the hub in a lathe to get the brake disc to fit,Not really sure what I want to do with these wheels. Part of me wants to build them up with purple hubs and stainless spokes.
I'd probably sell the tyres as they are MX ones

@Louis-James you tried DTX wheels in your WR? I'm going to run mine this year as-is and rebuild it next winter but would like to sumo it and use as a commuter.
Bike looks great btw!
Carriers are ten a penny in Thailand and South America

I've got a set of wr 200 wheels at home, front ones nice, back not so much but still usable, let me know if you're interested at all cause I'm not going back to nobbys anymore with my DT.
@Glynn123 do you have a picture of the front wheel?
Is the tire on it? -

@Nottsbiker thanks mate. The only wheels I've put on my dt200wr are the original ones.
I will probably sell both tyres and the front complete wheel
