I have a weird problem on my dt. The coolant is going back to the expansion bottle and it gets filled up and leaks out, and when i open the radiator and rev the bike it spits out water. Ive tried two heads, and swapped headgaskets. Changed the bearing with the water pump. What could cause this?

@Bananper In the correct direction? I'd check the pipes next then, if all is well then what has changed to create this problem, or has it just occurred on it's own???

If it's going into the expan then it's leaking past the cap. Try a new cap 1.1 bar

Your cylinder gasket surface might not be good, or your nuts not torqued enough

When i took of my cylinder head i could see the piston had water on top, and i pulled of the cylinder and the cylinder gasket was really blown. Water everywhere on the piston but no major damage

Might sound silly but you are using a genuine head gasket or an Athena one yes?
