Fowlers have a website I use them for all my genuine parts I would start with your cheapest option the temp sender that bolts straight in the top on the cylinder head

There is a bolt looking thing with a spade connector, on the head to the front right this is your temperature sender, theres then a wire which connects to this, it may have come off, if not you will have to purchase a new one and there not cheap, £43 if you can find one.

@AnthonyPearson I used this on my wr200 head, had to drill and tap but works on my gauge, might even fit a 125 head but wrs don't have sensors as standard

@Louis-James that's a great money saver buying that one! Did it screw flush on the cylinder head? The DT ones only screw in hallway it looks silly!

You could just make an adapter with male spade 1 end and female bullet on the other end so u wouldn't have to touch original loom

@Louis-James I was also looking at this in case my one cant be bodged together, this one is for the 50 model but i'm pretty sure that its the same head as it looks like parts are interchangeable on the bikes.

Better still, grab a thermal coupler.
The problem with the temperature sensor is that it measures the temperature of the coolant, not the engine.
The engine will go into detonation long before the coolant rises enough to become noticeable.
Therefore using a thermal coupler you will notice this spike almost immediately and be able to rectify the situation before it becomes detrimental.
