Fork upgrade

Hi guys can I fit ktm 400 forks to my dtx if I get the yoke and everything thanks
-
You can fit whatever you like, if you make it fit.
It's a little more complicated than just swapping them forks over. But yeah I'm sure you can do it.

@Calum cheers Calum think I'm going to go for the yz conversion but can I keep my wheels this is mine now
-
@Ricky As said, you can keep all you want.
Are you expecting it to be a straight swap? Cause it's not.
The front and rear wheels MUST be kept inline.
Not only that, but the front and rear sprockets too must be kept in line.
You may find that with the wider track, that the rear wheel needs to be machined down to do this.
I was fortunate, on my conversion, once the front and rear wheels were made inline, all I had to do was shim the sprocket.

@Ricky You would also most likely have to get a bearing cup machined up, for whichever forks you decide to use. @Calum made a tutorial for it here;

I'm going to leave the ktm what about the 2013 wr forks

Might as well get some USD forks if you are going to be getting a new set to fit the bike, as most forks will need modifications done for correct fitting.
