assuming this is not true

I think the word waying not weighing gives it away
Honda won't make another two stroke I'm certain of it
-
@nottsbiker It's not even economical for them to.
To be fair, I'd rather build my own CR500 using the 250f frame.
For me, it'll be about the build rather than the end product.
-
@calum I share the enthusiasm but with out these bikes to begin with there would not be anything to build from so bring on the last of them so enthusiasts can take care and modify them and maybe the 2 stroke may still be around for a few more years before there garaged and in museums
-
@finnerz89 honda has already started remaking the 2 stroke google the 2015 cr250r
-
@andrewj1680 pessimists are still barred from this thread hehe
-
With what ktm is doing I'm sure the rest will follow
-
Hardly a bad thing is it lol
-
@vtrn_raptor the ktm husqvarna thing lol I personally think it's shit like ye cool but it's not really as good as they say it is
-
All the older ktm 2 strokes were good however never ridden a new 1 and the idea they are fuel injecting them gives me the idea they will feel pretty tame
-
@andrewj1680 just did, loads of old articles spouting rumours?
I'd love 2 strokes to make a return but I just don't see it happening. Particularly from Honda who weren't exactly famous for it in the first place
-
@andrewj1680 I doubt very much if they will be tame, a cooler more efficient engine should out-perform an older design. Only time will tell for-sure, if the KTM and Husky MX teams are tearing up the opposition, then the other teams will soon follow suit PDQ!!!

@cyber-ninja i dont know ive had a fair few bikes both carb and fuel injected from the motocross scene and i would definitely say the carb version was def more fun to ride
