Any wireing diagrams or pictures of your work please ?

As its a full blown polished 30 mm mx carb so thinking i can get away with using original airbox and manifold ... and im not that good with jetting and its the point of not having to take it apart to change any jets just one screw on the side

Does anyone have any experience with lectron carbs and know are they as good as the (hype) its literally the last engine part i was going to invest in but am pondering the 400 pounds price tag plus another 70 for custom throttle cable .... i understand they dont have jets just a screw to adjust the jet sizes for more accurate and pricice jeting ... but lots of mixed reviews...

So after a long 2 month wait the zeeltronic is finally here http://imgur.com/gallery/SB8wNg1 along with a wiseco forged piston i can now start to get the ball rolling

My thoughts are the standard airbox is quite sufficient if you remove the snorkel. you would only benefit from making that hole another few centimetres bigger and thats if you were fitting a larger carb which wouldn't really have much benefit unless you had atleast mild porting or head work zeeltronic ect ..

Also made a little stainless bracket for the temp guage i plan on making one for the otherside with rev guage and shift light off the zeeltronic http://imgur.com/gallery/z7O6FsO

Yea that looks pucker mate i dont think i will end up getting it that good it was a mess to begin with and takes alot of patience

So still at it zeel is in the post now so rather chuffed just managed to acquire this dt200 3xp swingarm so polishing this at the momenthttp ://imgur.com/gallery/VPLpIo2 and the clutch cover still .... so time consuming but hopefully progress pictures verry soon

Here is the comparisons between the 2 im unsure as to the reeds being shorter that it wouldn't direct the fuel air mix as well as the standard ones .... although it would let more air fuel mix through as there are more reeds and a bigger flow http://imgur.com/gallery/8feJhqK any thoughts. @frazer-c dont forget you need the handheld programmer to go with it plus a map switch . Im buying one Thursday 300 quid

Hi everyone i have acquired another set of dtr v force reeds obviously they are made for somthing else but they seem like a direct perfect fit although they are slightly shorter in to the crankcase ( will post pics in a bit ) but othewise are identical anyone had any experience with them on a dt ?

@NINJA the bike was reported stolen but never claimed on the insurance that was the point i have the logbook and original pannels engine with matching numbers loom ... so if i had the frame and re vined it I'd have a bike for the price of a written off frame.

I understand that but the other frame was stolen i have the logbook for it ... i also have the original engine for the bike and i couldn't make a claim against the insurance as they offered me 300 quid ...... i understand its illegal in some sence but so is putting alloys on your car and not telling your insurance .. its naughty but no harm done lol

So you still have the frame my old dt was stolen whats the chances of me buying your frame ... changing the vin to my old vin number and say its stolen recovered and putting the frame back on the road i can change vins verry well to save a written off frame to save another dt ?

Just a small update polished the sprocket casing and sent he little guard off for chroming http://imgur.com/gallery/PDycNVf but still waiting on the barrel being bored out ... and parts from america and some handguards from china ... i hate waiting

Thanks mate thats what i was thinking its only the cluch side casing i want to polish so will crack on with it its being converted to kick start anyhow
