Good morning pal thank you so much the thread on the engine was fine brought a tap and die set and fixed the bolt and it's back o there was In full panic mode how would I go about bolting it on to the engine as at the moment I have one bolt on it and I use that through the exhaust to the engine to bolt it on but the other one you just undo the nut and the bolt stays in the engine how ever the other one the Bolt comes out of the engine sorry if it does not make sense my English is not the best

is now on its way and can arrive at any moment
in terms of price this was also the best option.
I'm very curious about the sound and performance.

If you check the pipe by where your horn is they’ll be a part number, post it on here for some comparisons. It could be a unique part to Swiss models.

i want to know if those are correct so i can make mine too
its not a rush project it will take much time but i just want to start slowly somewhere and maybe i can start designing it on my pc
and as it wont be much pricey why not just start something

I’ve repacked twice in 3-4 years or 30,000 miles. You only have to pack it once for it to be an issue tho bud 😉 …

The 3MB code exhausts up to 1996 I think it was are just hollow with a restrictor in the neck of the exhaust which dremel the 3 tac welds out and it pulls out, as for the gutting part, that’s on like 2003+ bikes as inside they have like this mess packing, take that out and they go really well and nice and loud I love loud bikes😂

All my mates got road legal mx bikes and 40bhp 125s they do 60 hours on a piston and I’ve still got 9k miles left to do😂 but got to admit they love to wheelie as got all that power and light as a feather

@Scootjockey If the parcels import form states "gift" then you shouldn't need to pay import duties on it.

I've had a few large ticket items in that way.

Obviously, I've bought them for my sole use. Whereas people who are buying en mass to sell them on will need to pay tax on it.

@tbthegr81 change it mate it's not going to do any harm. Obviously allow it to breathe a bit better with a performance exhaust. Next step maybe go up one on the main jet and a performance air filter but not necessary. The 89 model has a restriction in the exhaust in the form of a small washer/collar in the header fixed with 2 spot welds though after all these years and I presume many owners it's probably been removed by now. I highly recommend the dep exhaust. You need to be doing some serious tuning/porting work to justify a bigger carb.

@yammieguy I don't have experience with arrow exhaust systems. But I do have a Gianelli which was great for peak power. And a Athena which has more low rpm power, less peak power
Now I have a custom one and sounds perfect. And great power all the way 👌

Well i have used giannelli it doesnt have any e markings so i am not sure about he model.

I have a Dep full system on my red Dt, and it's still like new. I am anal in maintaining it though, mainly because I knew it was flaky finish to start with. Not a cheap replacement so you would think they could at least build in some resilience to the finish. Does liven up the engine though.

Often it's said, better to use 100% of his 125 than 10% of his ZX.
