Can anyone tell me what size this screw is as mine snapped and had to drill it out and now I need to get a heli coil to fix it part number is 9851706012

Yeah it's a m6 just ordered the tools and the heli coils now should hopefully have the bike back on the road by Thursday fingers crossed

@vtrn_raptor Helicoil should be absolutely last resort.
In most cases, the screw can be removed. I would recommend only helicoiling when all else fails...

The screws he looking for are for the small cover plate for right crankshaft seal. I think its m5 so if you damaged the thread you can drill it to suit same type of screw size m6. And buy and anti seize molybdenum paste. Im used it on every bolt on the engine.

Theirs no threads left so I've not got a choice but to do it unfortunately but on the plus side atleast it's do able and not hard to do
