    Is the powervalve supposed to open at a set amount of revs? Mine opens just over 6k.

    Yamaha DT125R Blue 2002, XT 125 1982, Yamaha WR250Z 1992, BMW GS650F 1994, Benelli BN302 2015

        Has anyone noticed that their bike is a lot louder with the valve pinned? Noticed I BIG difference on mine

          @irongamer727 Yeah, the valve muffles the exhaust sound, when you pin it, you're blaring the combustion through the expansion chamber.

            @irongamer727 mine seemed to idle a lot healthier pinned

              What do you think might be causing it to be that loose? Everything, even the screw holding the pv sides together is securely fasten.

                  Are you sure the other side of the powervalve is fastened properly?
