@Louis-James I still can't believe how good those wheels scrubbed up or have you resprayed them when you rebuilt them???
@NINJA the wheels that came installed scrubbed up amazingly.
The bike came with a spare set and I had a set laced after I powdercoated the hubs and rims with stainless spokes

Still a great looking bike, kind of prefer it without the luggage wrack and headlamp grill but still looks fantastic. Great job.

@NINJA I know what you mean.... Especially if you prefer the MX look... but it's basically to match with my other DT.
Such quick and easy parts to remove if I wanted to and refit whenever. -

Since the 4bf tank Didnt have a locking cap I bought an acerbis one
I need to make a bracket to fit this tank as the 4bf has an additional bracket.
Left the other tank on for now when I was jetting.

This has come such a long way since when you bought it. Just looking at page one. And you've done it in such a short space of time. Is a fair ol achievement yo yourself!!!
@Calum thanks again mate.
I made the mistake with my other DT of doing it and redoing it a few times.This one I thought it through to do most in a logical order.
Ironically this was better condition that my 125r when I bought that....it was only 6 years old.
This is 26yrs old. -
