All lights, switches and horn are on and functional

    Seat brackets made up.

Waiting for my starter motor to arrive.
Then decide what way to go for exhaust.

Now this would get my attention at a local bike night, any plans to paint it or just keep the flat steel look?

@Stevie-Wonder thanks. The tank is painted. In chrome silver powder coat. I was going to go all black but I wanted it to shine a bit

Took so many attempts to get the starting circuit to work. Checked everything, earths, relays, switches, batteries, motor and cables.

The first lithium battery I bought was total crap, couldn't crank the engine over even though cross reference numbers said it was correct. Bought a shido and works perfectly.

Made a numbplate holder + front "number plate"

The most exciting part is the exhaust! Cut off about 10kg of the baffles. Shortened the silencers right down and made up the end covers.

@Louis-DT-WR very cool looking bike mate. You have a cool helmet design to go with it? Something like a skull with bullet holes would go well with that bike.

When you buy exhaust wrap, they always rip you off and send you much less 😠

Got one half of the exhaust done.

Engine guards didn't come with any instructions and can't get both sides to fit yet with the brackets that came... Probably have to make more.

Congrats! It’s nice to see someone doing their own thing! Nearly every ride I’ve ever had has been a butchers tripe mix of a thing. Mostly through necessity though! πŸ™„
I’d really love to do a street tracker out of an old Honda CB 200 twin. Nice & lite yet revvy & torquey enough. Think of Girl with the dragon tattoos bike with attitude ☠️
They aren’t easy to find anymore though...
