Working through the electrics. I've got my rear indicators and tail lights sorted.
I made a CDI holder to relocate it.
Fuse box and indicator regular relocated.
Front lights, indicators and horn on.
Ignition barrel relocation plate made.
Just sorting a battery box and the battery is on order. I can't fully test what connector goes where until the battery comes. -

Well I put the engine in alone which was a very heavy task
killed my back haha. Lining it up with the mounts while the bike was leaning again the bench. (You can't fit the engine when the chassis is on a bike lift)
Got my battery box mounted with the lithium battery. Its so light! I thought it was just a empty case!
Carbs on + filters and cables. Fitting the carbs was tricky, the rubber manifolds are so hard. I'd replace them but £150+vat for 4 and they're not cracked.

@Calum cheers man. Its literally a case of getting parts in my hands and making it fit/fabricate parts. I wish fowler's would hurry up, waiting ages for my rear brake parts. And side stand bits

Little bits done, oil cooler fully connected, the pipes were bent, took a while to get them right.
Oil filter came finally.
PCV filters on.
Started seat mounts and ignition switch relocation. The 2 most expensive items I need is an exhaust and starter motor.
Still undecided what tank colour. I'm thinking Matt gunmetal grey. I was going to go black but think that would be over kill.

Tail lights seem to have not power, maybe but headlight is on when ignition on. Brake lights not working
maybe it will when engine is running.?
Horn was faulty,
All 4 indicators would flash, so I had it wire in a diode and earth the dial indicator light
Clutch hydraulic line arrived and installed. -
Lights check on.

Now this would get my attention at a local bike night, any plans to paint it or just keep the flat steel look?

Took so many attempts to get the starting circuit to work. Checked everything, earths, relays, switches, batteries, motor and cables.
The first lithium battery I bought was total crap, couldn't crank the engine over even though cross reference numbers said it was correct. Bought a shido and works perfectly.
Made a numbplate holder + front "number plate"
The most exciting part is the exhaust! Cut off about 10kg of the baffles. Shortened the silencers right down and made up the end covers.
Still got to wrap the exhaust
