    @Calum Looking damn good Calum and I feel your pain. It's always the 'MUST HAVE' versus 'ACTUALLY NEED' demon that keeps getting me! LOL

    And that saddle may be a problem for longer rides!!! ;O)

      The bikes looking great @Calum! Nice colour scheme looking forward to seeing it finished, what other work do you have left to do to the bike?

        @Biker_123 Cheers mate.

        Yeah still lots to do. New front disc which is 150 quid alone. Wiring sorted out. Resistors for the indicators and alarm wired in. Coolant hoses and oil hoses. Rear needs building just waiting on some parts from ghe coaters. And then brakes bleeding. Needs a new chain and links taken out.

        Yeah there is still plenty to do. I want to put an ASV clutch lever on but need to get one that fits.

            @MIGHTYMAN Yeah man, I like Red anyway, I personally would have loved a 1989 Red and White DT like Seiki's as that is what got me into DT's. I got this cause it was cheap and a mint. Maybe one day in the future I will get myself one.

            Nathlad had a sweet dt back in the day. I think he had the same graphics, might have been where the inspiration came from.

              Dem wheels tho, looking sweet.

              curious... how well does the De'llorto fit in there? Always wondered as the the 4DL inlet is a straighter tract right? I've never found a good one to try out.

              Keep it real

                @Darty Yeah mate it might not be everyone's taste, but then again I didn't build it for anyone else.

                The 4DL inlet is a no go. It fouls the shock. Instead I bought a Malossi 28mm 32mm reducer that works a treat.

                      Contrast Up'd and Vibrance Up'd to bring out the wheels on such a dull day!

                      It's coming together. I have had this pipe for almost three years now and this is the second time it's been on the bike would you believe.

                            Well this was probably one of the last big expenses needed on the DT.

                            The front Disc.

                            I have wanted this for ages, but put it off due to the cost. Well it was my Bday a couple of weeks ago so this was a present from my Dad. Cheers dad.

                                    @Biker_123 Cheers dude.

                                    So my Garage is actually inside the house... So it's one of those things. We have dogs that sleep next to garage door as well.

                                    It's not so much Inside I am worried about as it is so much out and about!

                                    Also if anyone has seen my CarPc project then you know how awesome it is.

                                    I am in the talks with a mate to create one for the DT.

                                    I am thinking possibly MP3 player, Sat Nav and integrated GoPro on the bike.

                                    The idea would be to use a new piece of Hardware, called the Raspberry Pi Zero. It's £5 computer that's pretty well spec'd.

                                    It's all just talks at the moment. But a Raspberry Pi, 3.5" touch screen and the Sony 8Mp 1080P camera mounted on the bike. At the touch of a button you could record video.

                                    My issue at the moment is how would I make this waterproof.

                                    But should be an interesting project.

                                        @Biker_123 I am thinking you will need to trickle charge a UPS that will power the pi.

                                        Then I reckon use a handle bar mount to mount the screen in the center of your handlebars. I've done away with the airbox, so making that watertight, and hiding the Pi in there might be the way to go.

                                        Because it's a Pi, you can feed it all kinds of sensors, Engine Temp, Exhaust Temp, RPM's, Speedo....And show it all on the screen.

                                        Again I have some ideas floating about. I just need to put them together.

                                        The hardest bit will be making it watertight. If I can do that, then it's a goer.

                                        Always Originate, Never Pirate!
