    So i have Just ordered some more bits...

    Yamaha WR125X Radiator With 12v fan (Im going to fabricate my own mounts for this so dont worry if you think it wont fit ordered this because my DTR one is Crap and the wr one was only £32 with free postage)

    Also ordered
    a second Rad fan witch was £18
    DT125R Stainless Engine mounting allen bolts

    🙂

    Just an extra note im going to cut the elbow off the bottom of the radiator and spin it to point the correct way 🙂

          ebay mate heres the link if its allowed it cost £110 but it beats paying £355 from MSP

              @Calum I agree there mate, I will be getting a new carb ANY advice on carbs? im not after the cheapest one or the most expensive one also i will be getting one of them zeeltronic CDI's for my bike but id like to know if anyone on here has set one up? currently i have the 3RM-20 cdi units would the zeeltronic CDI replace that? i also use the PV System.

                I wont be able to get you the sizes until i go back to work on Monday as i keep everythink there as it where im going tobe rebuilding my bike

                      Well i have made some more orders list below

                      Head race bearings
                      Linkage bearings and bushes
                      Rear swing arm bearings
                      Frunt wheel and Rear wheel bearings
                      in total £186.59

                      Heres a list with everythink i have bought since i started the project back in july including the above..

                      Athena 125cc cylinderhead kit £429.95
                      All bearings in engine (SimplyBearings.co.uk) one from pjme £128.09
                      All bearings on frame and wheels (coming from ebay.co.uk) £186.59
                      Athena full oilseals (from ebay.co.uk) £33.95
                      Athena Full gasket set (from ebay.co.uk) £29.99
                      MSP (replacment bits for inside engine that i lost) £45.48
                      Sub Total £854.05 SO FAR

                      I estimate there will be atleast £600-£700 more ontop left to be spent before it is complete

                      @Walney-Reptiles ouch expensive for the bearings if you ever need bearings feel free tobgive me shout they shouldn’t be that much even for top line bearings

                          Project Update

                          My forks arrived today

                          Please welcome my WR426F forks 😉
                          They are in decent nick for £150 they have Adjustable Compression Hardness on the bottom and Adjustable Dampening on the top, Bearings seam to be a perfect fit all i got todo is but a spacer under the bottom of the bottom taper bearing 😉

                                  Project Update!!

                                  Soo i have had to Design a HeadSet Spacer for my new forks to fit, as the new taper bearing for the old forks dosnt fit the steering shaft on my new forks so i have designed this using Onshape, I have Ordered some Alliminium Tube which is 56mmOD 32mmID 12mmWall 200mm in lenth for £15 next thing todo is 3Dprint a Prototype then test fit then get my freind's Lathe going and make one out of the Alliminium 😄

                                    well guys for chrismas i got a PKW 32 keihin carb off my old man Looks mint he said its good for a 125cc upto a tuned 200cc 😄 will upload photos later on.

                                          The carb looks tall for a DT, did you try fitting it already? Maybe only the gas linkage mount will need changing.
