@facundo-duarte There are loads of unused block connectors all over my 1988. Just cause it’s there doesn’t mean it HAS to be used… Your jetting is perfect for a late model Mikuni 28mm flatslide… I’d try removing the side of the air box yourself (don’t take somebody else’s word on it) and remove the the foam element. They fall apart over time, especially the aftermarket ones…. They need cleaning with solvent, or petrol but make sure it’s proper dry. Then you have to wet it with oil and squeeze out all the excess…

@Stevie-Wonder Thanks bud Greta (for that is her name as she's noisy, irritating, aimed squarely at the youth market and responsible for thousands of them bunking off school all over the world) cost me half as much as my '93 due to the mileage and had a thick layer of grime all over due to years of grinding commuting. I gave her a scrub with Jizer (several times) and this is what was underneath Here are the part #s for the toolbox and lid, bit pricey IMO and you'd have to get the lugs welded on to a non-e start frame. Be a nice touch if you were getting it powdercoated sometime though https://www.cmsnl.com/products/boxtool_55v2817301/ https://www.cmsnl.com/products/lid_55v2818500/

@brian-stephens True, the blue is also hard to reproduce, i got side panels reproduced a while back and red was ok but the blue stood out more. If your doing the whole bike you wouldn't notice it though

On a stock bike it just doesent make much sense but on a modded bike it could be cool to have a non standard kickstarter to make the bike that bit more unique

Any one know what size the steering stem bolt is on a 95the dome top nut? Accidently come across some anodised blue ones but only have 04-06 defiantly become addicted to parts hunting lol

@stevie-wonder. I've tried yz 125 std and rfx they work but have slight play which will destroy the spline, I have to wear boots as it my woods n greenlaner and the std one is too short, everyone is saying 85 Levers. But the yz apico says for 85 125 250 everything so not realy sure what to buy yet

@rking7888 not sure tbh as they are different so no idea how close they are for this type of fit You could always make some yourself from some 3mm (or similar) aluminium sheet and attach to the rear brake MC bolts

Yamaha TZR125 Yamaha (Belgarda) TZR125R Yamaha TDR125 (Deltabox) Yamaha DT125X/RE Yamaha DT230 Lanza Yamaha DT200WR Yamaha WR200 Yamaha (Belgarda) TDR125 & TDR125R KTM LC2 & Sting Derbi GPR125 2T Sachs XTC125 Sachs ZZ125 Best thing to do is use the Fowlers of Bristol website to get the Yamaha part number for anything that you need and then to put this into Ebay, Google, CMSNL to see if its still available. Always worth looking for new prices first and then looking at second hand if you have to as they can sometimes be "ok" new.

@calum said in y1/y2 barrel: @nottsbiker No, the best barrel is the SP barrel. I've never tried the 4FU barrel but certainly would be interested. Yes I can imagine it is - good luck finding one though!
