@HOTSHOT-III thanks, I already emailed them, they say I can easily convert it to a 5 wire, was only asking because all the people here talking about a zeeltronic had a newer dtr than mine with a worse cdi, but if zeeltronic is better I will order one.

@Calum what would be considered high temperature on one of those?

@HOTSHOT-III Damn, I was kinda hoping it was just me. Then it’d be fixable! I brought a rectifier for a later yam cause I thought mine looked like a fleabay job replacement. The connector block is slightly melted on the loom side, so I thought the old original one had suffered a meltdown!... I’ve had a few different bulbs and I think they all do the dim, at least the halogen ones. It was just more noticeable when I had an Osram night breaker fitted! Can be bloody scary & dangerous sometimes when it dims while the oncoming dipshit with the HID bulbs is dazzling you with high beams! 🤨 I wish I understood electrics better than I don’t 🤪

@markus-w Hi markus, thats very kind of you, i have found a screengrab of the wiring online, i have also managed to get a spark from the loom (whats left of it) unfortunately, the whole ignition has been bypassed so it will run without any keys, but at least i have a spark! Also thanks to callum for fixing my links.

@dan28 It changes from light blue to blue according to Haynes manual. Only change I can see. Don’t take the wire placements literally on the diagram. The wire colours don’t align to the plugs... Is there a problem with your neutral light or were you just wondering about the manual? Cause the manual (bless it’s cotton socks) is full of fekin mistakes if you look long and hard enough. I thought my bike was supposed to have a 26mm flatslide! ...

I’ll definitely put a decent one on, probably off of a late model Yamaha 125 with a 9 amp battery. The one I have on is a cheap replacement, judging by the plastic connector and cable quality it’s Chinese

@dan28 no, assuming you mean the level sender in the oil tank, you can just unplug it and the bike will still run fine

@yannikmeister thanks for your help I found out why indicators not working the relay box had been snapped off just leaving connection and no box and yes it was behind the headlight cheers

@calum alot of money is 100-150$ bcoz if i want sell bike no one will give me 300$ for bike.. I have cdi but need diagram for it.. I think u can help me.. Somethimes i get spark if i tap black wire from cdi to ground on whitegreen from stator.. If i keep no spark only when i fast tap i get spark
