    @Biker_123 Cheers dude.

So my Garage is actually inside the house... So it's one of those things. We have dogs that sleep next to garage door as well.

It's not so much Inside I am worried about as it is so much out and about!

Also if anyone has seen my CarPc project then you know how awesome it is.

I am in the talks with a mate to create one for the DT.

I am thinking possibly MP3 player, Sat Nav and integrated GoPro on the bike.

The idea would be to use a new piece of Hardware, called the Raspberry Pi Zero. It's £5 computer that's pretty well spec'd.

It's all just talks at the moment. But a Raspberry Pi, 3.5" touch screen and the Sony 8Mp 1080P camera mounted on the bike. At the touch of a button you could record video.

My issue at the moment is how would I make this waterproof.

But should be an interesting project.

@Calum that sounds brilliant would you just power the small comp of the bikes battery?? This sounds like the ultimate mod will be interesting to see how this actually works on the bike

@Biker_123 I am thinking you will need to trickle charge a UPS that will power the pi.

Then I reckon use a handle bar mount to mount the screen in the center of your handlebars. I've done away with the airbox, so making that watertight, and hiding the Pi in there might be the way to go.

Because it's a Pi, you can feed it all kinds of sensors, Engine Temp, Exhaust Temp, RPM's, Speedo....And show it all on the screen.

Again I have some ideas floating about. I just need to put them together.

The hardest bit will be making it watertight. If I can do that, then it's a goer.

@MIGHTYMAN I was thinking this also.

Could even get the speed from Satelite navigation.

I do like the Vapor unit though lol.

But the possibilities are only limited by your imagination!

When I start building it I shall open up another thread. In case anyone else is interested.

Well this was probably one of the last big expenses needed on the DT.

            The front Disc.

I have wanted this for ages, but put it off due to the cost. Well it was my Bday a couple of weeks ago so this was a present from my Dad. Cheers dad.

@CYBER-NINJA It reving to that rpm and it making any power at all are two completely different things. My CDI allows sparking up to 22'000. But it woild make less power there than it would at 5.

Snail trail pace, but it's getting there!

This piece I had to make up as the radiator swap meant these had to be cabled tied togeteher in one piece.

@Calum i'm also attempting to put the yz125 forks on my dt125r.

would you be interested in making another bearing cup for the top bearing that i could buy from you?

Love these sort of hand guards. Made up something similar to go on my DR-Z. Looked good I thought.

Sorry to refer back to the start of the thread, but, have you still got the how-to for the kickstart mod? And does it replace the electric start or can you keep both?

@gareth_iowc Yeah I did write a reply. Must have forgot to send it.

Basically it's not as simple as: grab a YZ that'll do

There is a bit more to it. Diagrams have to be made, measurements have to be made and having the physical item to hand always helps.

I also no longer have access to the lathe I used last time. I need to rewire the current lathe I have got.

So no I can't I'm afraid. I've written full guidance on how it can be done.

If I had a working lathe then it's possible. But it took me a fair few hours last time due to the inferior tools. An engineering firm should be able to CnC it in minutes if you draw up a diagram for them.
