@calum thanks Callum. Just trying to get the right combination of modification and the classic look. Hence why I'm putting some xt500 mirrors on, going to re-do the tail end, maybe a new fender without stupid Dunlop stickers
-
Almost looks like an yz125 from a distance, great looking bike bud!
-
I've decided, I'm toning down the bike and making it more original, funny because 8 years ago I threw the original front fender, inner mudguard/numberplate holder/tail light and original indicators in the bin because I wanted it to look more modern
Removed those ott ypvs stickers
I've ordered a brand new rear fender, numberplate holder, tail light and indicators.
My tool box came which I will mount with p-clips when I re-do the bikes rear end. I'm looking forward to see this looking retro -

Mate that's to be expected.
These command good money in original condition. If mine didn't get nicked and damaged, I would have left it completely original.
I think it's a good shout.
@calum theyre getting rarer, when I free up some cash I am looking at buy another 2 dt125rs thinking of full original spec ones

Got to love a box of New bits.
Still waiting for more parts from fowler's.
-
This bike is just getting better and better... looks so fantastic man. Great job, I'll add it to the porn collection.
@minia thanks mate, just been getting itchy with how the bike looked a bit too modern . I like how Yamaha kept the the DTR shape for 15years so in affect its a late 80s shape which is what I want from a bike
-
I'm gobsmacked that fowler's actually sent correct colour for once.
-
Got it back together, just need reflector and number plate bracket, ...mirrors on order.
-
And the tool box is on, balances the rear end with the exhaust silencer nicely.
-
I must admit, that is looking pucker!
Really great photos as well. What camera are you using?
@calum and how does he get them inbedded here directly?

If Callum had a pound for every time he was asked this
there's a tutorial, very simple, just use a good host site like imgur
