Okay...so some overnight parts from Japan and CMSNL and some others from Australia I've finished the gearbox rebuild..... [image: AP1GczP_uZVbF9qAtBI354lEecnxLNxr8vbpUAQX4_vlIA9Vektt4F5jf-okC8IKzb-OUXzGWAEb2gJNNhOSg1z6rRUYxyeakYQzl0UTbNy3aYgQaNtDnjYHclQfoLdDpXTF0t-MH4SgTQx6iV9iZ-u7SigG=w531-h793-s-no?authuser=0] Brand new genuine output shaft from Japan and a brand new genuine 3rd gear.... This completes the output shaft rebuild. [image: AP1GczP2KpflcDkrYU74DldmqlAwpnyYDh75kN7EZYAAglDFS4Ra4LWnIYcKXa6rnAp7ty7aVOLlYi2L3QSSUmKEKmz4x8877dE6mOLmU2agpdmnqEWHhnnVvKWyfegoR5YeRtRLXxHg_0i344ZpHCKh6_0J=w761-h1311-s-no?authuser=0] New genuine shims, circlips and bearings. [image: AP1GczPryZOZov8DT0-4jUeYt9z_7olcQbjIl_LvQWZucNyTLVWDzE4tiNqYCMewakgXjpUJA4aooJ7ag_6TJJfxkDdR1-7N3matX1AMPOzOpKTtpnvtfxdLqPCUuaQd6eWEpiiW5gXy_nO4xrbnAsFLSqab=w701-h1311-s-no?authuser=0] Fingers cross that's all back together correctly, I'll have to remember to select all gears and test BEFORE firing up the motor, else this will be £8000 down the drain if it destroys the motor. [image: AP1GczMblrL3GSghxv-bdTwebX27Hor_M-mVXqegDXi81nqwtrWInLHT76b7CKw_wZShtJgcg9Pluap6zSiuuBGYc3-Bdq1Hm3uY6S8j9hHd2cRbrALCVLtJmYwStwQvVccRRi3cG9EXhfGkWnRrLev5wda2=w805-h1311-s-no?authuser=0] [image: AP1GczMvMs624VQIz_wN9T46Xyp4hLGD4ohiPk99O3qnBMhR6ThKBKNEpP6JXFj8s31LHogKSYbFf-DjDR--JvFbQuXh4gjMjdbguCwfNIuovLGw5JCMK0RXKyyWVEWeoNHQ0CoDrVWDVHLvk8Qa178nQMFt=w1311-h1311-s-no?authuser=0] And whilst picking the shock spring up from the paints for my ETX, I also picked up the swinging arm for this bike too. [image: AP1GczNkYj3ORIWqQl0xC4kYfaZyJ1ywJV2dfvlihCnch34e7OrCJ1hJIc1Oh9EXyTvIBN8FWkZxZgKaWRp0BakEPsrsPAWWkLHEcPGATSnyyucBAsdvVx3W-xukLygatC3vIlJjx5vrvCrE_pRhpFoyG6KT=w1922-h928-s-no?authuser=0] Should go without saying, all near bearings and a lovely carbon fibre chain guard which I bought about 5 years ago for the Raptor. I'll probably keep the Raptor bone stock and therefore it's not needed for that project and can go onto this beasty. I did have some swinging arm spool spacers machined up but for the life of me I simply cannot find what I done with them. No doubt they'll turn up eventually.

@Calum said in GoProKid95's 2006 DT125RE (Supermoto Conversion): Aww I'm sorry it got robbed! Always heart breaking to see that. Looks like a lot of hard work was put into this as well! It's not a proper DT until it's been stolen

Sounds like you've covered the fueling system, which means it's going to be an electrical component. You will want to buy a new spark plug, HT Lead and iginition coil to rule out those items. Next will be the pickup, if that starts to deteriorate then it will start to missfire. Then unfortunately the CDI. But CDI's rarely fail, but I guess it is 30 years old.

@giorgio95 Must be first DTR with cdi on the back of the oiltank ? Wire in speedo you messed with white/black from the reed switch ? Thats linked to the cdi then ypvs servo. Sounds like it could just be a bad connection in the circuit somewhere if its kicking in when you move it. Easiest and proper way to set the ypvs cables on the pully wheel under the cover is like this. On the pully wheel in between the cables is a notch in the wheel, when you switch your ignition on and the ypvs spins over its cycle when it comes to a rest the notch should line up with the dot directly behind it. If it does thats it set properly just make sure the cables are tensioned up ok. Same applies if you have to adjust them to get it to line up and then your good to go.

Whats wrong with the motor? Have you inspected it? My startermotor for my xt600 got a cleaning and new brushes at around 110.000km, its now at 172.000km, and still working fine.
