Good work, satisfying innit! How many hours have you put in?
Thank you, about 7years haha, on and off.

Interesting you went with the DEP pipe as I'd have thought the FMF one from the WR would have suited your cylinder better. Any particular reason for this choice?
-
@calum thanks callum, I tried imgur but apparently it's not supporting 3rd party hosting for much longer or its a rumour,
Someone mentioned a cloud button, I don't know what that it,
I'll keep trying until it works@louis-james this GIF should show you how to use the little cloud button I mentioned. It actually uses Imgur but simplifies the process for everyone here. I haven't heard of them cancelling 3rd party support but it would be very frustrating for us and many others if they do.
Note that if you are on mobile, you may need to swipe left on the editing tools to see it!

@nottsbiker I did consider the FMF but I saw a thread where someone put one on a Dt200r and it was close to the rad scoops and didn't want melt them, also the DEP were UK stock.

Got the hang of it now. I will "repair" some of my broken images

I Got bored and decided to have a OCD moment and fit a seat strap, front fender rear extension to match the tenere theme, rebuilt the fuel cap with parts from my original cap to use original key(same as ignition), new indicator relay, mounted the zeeltronic using a p clip and frame bracket and used nutserts for a proper job, new chain guard.
I'm also fitting a underseat tool box like the French bikes have for an old school feel.
I'm mostly logging this for my own benefit as these mods probably seem boring now haha.
But I'm really considering installing the original numberplate holder/tail light, any thoughts?
Just want an old school feel. -

@louis-james looks fuckin sweet dude. Interested in the toolbox, I was thinking of something similar. It's dead space under there!

Thanks man,
Got a similar box on order, see how I get in

@calum thanks Callum. Just trying to get the right combination of modification and the classic look. Hence why I'm putting some xt500 mirrors on, going to re-do the tail end, maybe a new fender without stupid Dunlop stickers
-
Almost looks like an yz125 from a distance, great looking bike bud!
-
I've decided, I'm toning down the bike and making it more original, funny because 8 years ago I threw the original front fender, inner mudguard/numberplate holder/tail light and original indicators in the bin because I wanted it to look more modern
Removed those ott ypvs stickers
I've ordered a brand new rear fender, numberplate holder, tail light and indicators.
My tool box came which I will mount with p-clips when I re-do the bikes rear end. I'm looking forward to see this looking retro -

Mate that's to be expected.
These command good money in original condition. If mine didn't get nicked and damaged, I would have left it completely original.
I think it's a good shout.
@calum theyre getting rarer, when I free up some cash I am looking at buy another 2 dt125rs thinking of full original spec ones
