Does anyone know how many of these were made.. and different parts of the world quantities.
All UK ones are imports.
Does anyone know why they were only produced for 3/4years

wrote on 13 Dec 2018, 19:38 last edited by@Louis-James As far as I know the idea of the DT200WR was to build a trail bike that could compete and win in enduro races. Though obviously that brings the question as to why go halfway... also they were being made at the time when 2-stroke emissions were starting to be criticised and overall the appeal of 2-strokes was dying down considerably. Luckily in recent years it has picked up again. But I think back in the 90s there weren't many people who actually wanted to put the money in said bike.

So today I did a test start to check all lights work.
Speedo and all lights on the new clocks work.
When I try the indicators....
the rear indicator stays on solid and the front does not light up , the clocks light stays on solid also...
This happens on both left and right hand side.
I think this is exactly what happened when my dtr relay went... Any thoughts? Hard to source the correct relay. -

I presume that you've checked all the wires, grounds, connectors, fuses etc. to ensure that there's nothing shorting out? No LED's all lights are regular bulbs???

Sounds like a relay issue to me, I've had that a few times before.

All the looming was Mint and I cleaned all connections. The neutral light goes off when in gear... I'm pretty sure it's the regulator issue I had on my dtr

What wattage lamps have you used in the indicators?
When I changed mine to higher wattage i got the same symptoms you're describing. -

If the lamps are standard my money is on the relay. Try disconnecting one and see if you get a flash then.
Is the switchgear new? -
