@SpookDog Pretty sure I just measured the ones that come out and ordered the same again off SimplyBearings.co.uk

@Calum do the same just measure then buy Koyo from Henderson Bearings on ebay. Use these for swinging arm https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/274836296252?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&var=575083436083&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649

Thanks for all the responses guys, I've been corresponding more with the company as you can see! They've proposed doing a CAD drawing of the original rad and working from there, they make radiators for lots of late model MX bikes so they seem to know what they're doing.

As you can see my favoured direction is a deeper-than-stock single rad to retain the autolube tank on the 125 (this would also allow retention of the tubular steel radiator guard which most MX bikes don't have) but if they can do this there's no reason why they can't make some DT200R/Lanza sets as well for those who want to go the twin rad route.

@hotshot-iii My current bike is in the house, but I own my place. And it's because I have ran out of garage space!

Just dress the curclips with some emery, wet’n’dry or a Dremmel so there is no sharp edge 😜

PS or just use the back edge of a pair of scissors and run that round the sharp edge, anything that is made of good hard metal...

I don’t think the edge even protrudes tho’ So it shouldn’t wear anything at all...

I cheated out and reused the same clips when I stripped, cleaned and rebuilt my box. No issues with it. I would replace them if I could find same quality parts. No fleabay cr@p!!

      Blue Hylomar

This was what was recommended to me and did nothing but leak. I've used it on several components and never had success. As I say, the bond stuff seems to be the goto kiddy everyone is using these days. I recently redone my DT engine with the Hondabond and it hasn't had a drop since.
