I mean, there are loads of used ones on eBay. I've ran plenty of used spindles without problems.

That’s a damn good idea, I’ve always resorted to molegrips to turn the piston.
Gentle heat (boiling water) and pumping the lever sometimes works if it’s not been standing seized for ages. So long as you have replacement rubbers...
I’m guessing that the brake was working before?...

Mine pops off if I look at it. The bottles not likely to be the problem. Keep an eye on your temp gauge. Catch it before it over heats. Otherwise you’re gonna score the piston and barrel, and yeah, skinny alloy heads warp for a pastime.
How many miles of good riding did you get before problems?
Also, have you checked your 2 stroke oil?
Not sure if bogging down is a partial seizure? Sure hope not...

@chiller1000 I got my swing arm kit from eBay used all balls kit the bushings and seals were really nice the bearings were a little cheap but that’s to be expected since the kit was only around 25 pound I would recommend that kit

@Calum the problem seems to be with the plastic cogs in the housing I would say that one is skipping it’s just weird that it’s only doing it now it’s been apart

Imageworks did them for me, have been really helpful doing most of my graphics. Much better than Facebook ones, good quality comparable to genuine.

Missing the head. If that had the head it would be more of a goer.

Managed to get the crank lined up after some persuasion with the hammer. Didn't go mad at it but just using its own weight the hammer was able to get the crank seated right and equal distances on each side. Many smiles and sighs of relief after that one.

Have moved onto getting the last of the frame pieces off before sending away for painting. The suspension linkage had a similar problem to the swingarm in that the internals appeared to have just welded together with corrosion. After a bit of headscratching ( and breaking a chisel trying to beat the bolt out!) I grabbed the angle grinder and convinced the linkage to change its attitude. Great success and a pretty neat job if I do say so, problem is now I'm down a linkage and need to source a replacement. Keeping an eye on eBay but nothing looks great atm. Anyone happen to have a spare?

Only thing left to get is the lower race bearing in the headstock then time for shiny new frame
