Hi from Derbyshire

Morning All
Just bought a DT for my son. We're slowly going through it to make it as nice as we can. I have a long history with 2 strokes currently running an NS400 and an MTX80

Welcome, I wish my 03 was in that condition when I bought it. Was only 7 years old but looked 20.

Yeah that looks amazing!
I've seen a few DT's round my way and people enjoying being out on them

Welcome! Fantastic looking bike, but I'm not surprised if it is a french import. Both my DTs also came from France, brought them up with me a year ago.

Yes, a French bike. Tried looking for a decent UK bike but there was nothing to be found. We're giving it a thorough check over then off for MOT and UK registration.
My own bikes look more like this:
I've also got an MTX80R in addition to the Fireblade and NS400.

No tax to pay as long as its second hand and done X number of miles, can't remember exactly how many... I brought my bikes up myself with a van. Had to drop stuff off in france anyway, so when I came back I stuck two DTs in the back and "voila".

HiI bought it from a bloke that brings them in. As long as you have the Nova number, you get insurance on the frame no, get an MOT, fill out form V55/5 and you'll get your registration. Piece of cake.
