Black shock has spacer in in not a bearing does it need a roller pin bearing (bottom end)

Cough **** Approx £80 per stanchion including VAT. Upper bushes approx £10 each including VAT. By the time all seals and oil are replaced we will be at something like £250. If it was a Honda we'd have just replaced the bushes and have been at £120 all in. Obviously no labour in that as we're doing it ourselves.

@tdr125greg https://dt125r.co.uk/topic/164/alternative-rear-shock-options-dt125r/9 It's an old design, if your a racer, you should look to get it rebuilt and adjust renew the rebound action of it. Very expensive, but I like it, suits the DT, not sure about fitting in a TDR tho

I'd be surprised if those shocks are rebuidable to be honest. Scrimustang would be the guy to contact with regards to that answer though. Or check ajsutton for fowlers for part numbers.

@Calum Seriously! now that would have been handy to have someone about like that haha. It fascinates me just how much you can learn from these kinds of forums everyone on here specifically that I've encountered is so knowledgable including yourself I kinda feel like I can't go wrong with my dt's now I've landed on here the wealth of information is great.
