I am worked on mine recently , according to the haynes manual its 7kg-m which is 68.64 nm

Haynes manual tells you how to make a crank pusher / puller so you can re-use your existing crank without having it rebuilt (assuming its ok that is). Personal preference would be to strip it down

@vtrn_raptor I got one of those Cyclone alarms, which is perfect for my use case. A full paid tracker system can really save your bacon.

Think I'm gunna go with a oem one for now and on my last post I definitely think it's a cdi problem as it sparked for a while then I put it back where it was supposed to go and nothing and on the plus side can put the pv back on the servo with a new cdi

Yeah I've checked everything mate and cbf with my it no more wanted to do it all myself but I haven't got time to be wasting trying to figure it out so gunna take it to fowlers and get them to sort it

@Jens-Eskildsen Absolutely, unless you have a DTRE CDI where it closes the port at 10K RPM. But earth the green and black wire behind the clocks and BOOM! Full power. Easiest bike to derestrict. It's like the Japs knew

@Calum also If you look close it looks a slight shade of gold whereas 2 stroke is black alll the way through so +1 on gearbox oil

Old thread alert, but! My servo was doing this when I used inferior 2stroke oil and the power valve was gummed up and sticky. As soon as I cleaned of the varnish/gumpf it operated sweet and smooth…

Brand new? Just lube it up, some aftermarked actually come preoiled. The stock isnt. I've removed my snorkel, and added some protection to keep splashing water away from the intake.
