@pelplouffe I know when you delete the side stand switch you need to loop it out, otherwise it'll have intermittent spark issues. Not saying that this is you problem here, just one to be mindful of.

I have a Dt125re engine in my DTR just electrics and tachometer cable need converting also did the kick-start conversion

@Mightyman Small, cracks or surface gaps that won't flex. it works pretty well. But absolutely not the long term fix solution.
